Join the course, watch the first modules, and if you feel the training is not clear or practical, contact us within 7 days.
Eligibility
The guarantee applies within 7 calendar days of your enrollment approval date.
You must have watched at least the first modules to evaluate whether the training meets your expectations.
Refunds are not available after 7 days, after substantial course completion, or for accounts found sharing login credentials.
How to request a refund
Email hello@learnetsy.com or contact us on WhatsApp with your enrollment email and payment reference.
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account) within 7–14 business days.
Non-refundable situations
Requests made after the 7-day window.
Accounts terminated for terms violations (content sharing, multiple logins, abuse).
Change-of-mind after completing most of the course content.
Partial refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused modules. The course is sold as a complete package at the launch price.
